¶ Close Navisworks
¶ Overview
This guide instructs on how to forcefully close the Navisworks application using the 'Close Navisworks' task.
¶ Step 1: Initiating the CloseTask!
- Look to the right side of the screen to find the 'Available tasks' section.
- Identify and click on the ‘Close Navisworks’ task.
¶ Step 2: Understanding the Task

The 'Close Navisworks' task is designed to force close the active Navisworks software.

Note that this will close Navisworks immediately and will not save any unsaved data.
¶ Step 3: Executing the Close Task
- Before executing the task, make sure to save all your work in Navisworks to avoid losing any unsaved progress.
- Once you are ready, click on the 'Close Navisworks' task to close the application.
¶ Step 4: Confirming the Closure
- After you have initiated the task, Navisworks should close.
- Verify that the application has been closed by checking your system's task manager or looking for the application window.
¶ Important Notes
- Be aware that using this task will close Navisworks immediately and unsaved work will be lost.
