¶ Copy parameters from host to child elements
This check allows users to copy values from host elements to child elements in a Revit model.
¶ How it works
The check uses filters to select the host elements and child elements in the model. The user can configure a filter to select child elements, such as rebar. The check then copies values from the host elements, such as walls and columns, to the selected child elements.
¶ Configuring the check
The check allows the user to configure what values to copy using the value copy control. This control allows the user to select which parameters on the host elements should be copied to the child elements. This allows for transfering, merging, transforming and other operations of the values into parameters on the child elements.
